First and
foremost, I am indebted to the Lord
who gave me the opportunity, motivation,
health and resources for the entire course. I would like to express my sincere
gratitude to my supervisor of this practicum project, Dr Syairah Aimi
Binti Shahron for the valuable guidance and advice.
She always acted like a continuous support system during the Practicum,
providing several novel ideas that she never hesitated sharing. I give my
deepest respect for her help and advice in about every aspect of academia.
I am indebted to Irwan Effendie Bin Mohammad Shukri, Assistant Director of Operation Mangement Services, for participating in beneficial decisions, providing required advice and direction, and
