ABSTRACT
This practicum
report objective to explain the learning outcome throughout this 6 month of internship period. Trainee are exposed to
the real-life experience of job task. The application of theory learns in class to the practice it in organization. MBI
major service are handling THE city. The activities during this period of
internship are being explained in detail. The process flow of the how
the shipment is organized and
fulfill the KPI been elaborated. The strategic analyses of the company are
being discussed in this report. The self-experience obtain during the internship are briefly
explained. The problems trainee face
and solutions are discussed. The problems that can be identified are process,
lack of knowledge about the equipment and manpower.
